Aside from the regular courses, CSPA occasionally organizes Special Lectures inviting prominent experts in the field related to field of research of the students.

Other Events
CSPA students regularly participate in other events organized through or in conjunction with the programme.
In January 2020, for instance, the CSPA program conducted a Joint Workshop with the Hokkaido University Graduate School of Public Policy.
In January 2021, a return Workshop was held, although this time sadly on zoom.
CSPA students also participated in a Young Leaders Forum: Promoting Engagement in Heritage and Memory in November 2020.
