On March 31, the CSPA program welcomed Arne Van der Veken into its ranks. Arne is a double-degree student from Leuven. Unfortunately, the ceremony was on zoom, and Arne remains in Belgium for the moment, but we look forward to welcoming him to Japan later in the year.
