The CSPA had a study trip to Karatsu on Sat 17th May 2025. Karatsu City, located in the northwestern part of Saga Prefecture, is a charming coastal city facing the Genkai Sea, known for its rich history as a gateway to mainland Asia. The city is famous for its festival called “Karatsu Kunchi,” and its impressive castle, which overlooks Karatsu Bay.
